As an extra precaution, all customer orders are automatically encoded, and no one else - receives the credit card details.
Clickthatgift.com do not see or hold your credit card details at any stage during the transaction to ensure you have 100% security and peace of mind.

How do I buy a Product?
Firstly select the Product and the quantity you wish to purchase. You will place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the cancellation and returns procedures.
Please note all products delivered by us are subject to UK's VAT (Value Added Tax) and are inclusive of the price paid. Where appropriate customers outside the EEC can claim back their VAT, but until UK and EEC e-commerce TAX bill clarifies the VAT application for orders placed over the internet, VAT will by applied by us on all orders.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

What is your Returns and Cancellations Procedure?

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns Procedure' section below.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. Please do not remove any tags from the goods.
Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your package. Please notify us by emailing us at
Notifying us of your intention to return your order
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at
and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Clickthatgift.com accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Clickthatgift.com accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation (including original dispatch note).
You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the goods are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.
Calculating your refund
We will refund you the price you paid for the goods which you have returned to us within 30 days of cancellations. Please note however, that delivery charges for the returned goods will not be refunded nor will Clickthatgift.com pay for deivery of the returned item.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such goods.
We will refund such sums by crediting your credit/debit card (as applicable).

Shipping outside the UK is charged by weight. Please select from the appropriate European or Worldwide options at the checkout). Standard European delivery is up to 9 business days after the day you placed the order and the express European delivery is estimated 2-4 business days after you placed the order. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and orders can sometimes be delayed by your local courier depot or they can be delayed in customs so refunds of international shipping charges cannot be given.

Standard worldwide delivery is up to 15 business days after the day you placed the order (though it is often quicker than this) and the express worldwide delivery is estimated 2-7 business days after the day you placed the order. If you believe the order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, please email

Damaged Goods On Delivery
If an item is damaged in transit when received and this is clear on arrival, please do not accept the delivery, it will automatically be returned to us.
If you have signed for the delivery and realised the item is damaged, notify us immediately within 3 days of receipt from acceptance of delivery by emailing us at
. We will either refund the item or send a replacement.
If you are not there to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail or our delivery company will leave a card with their telephone number for you to call them to rearrange delivery. Please note to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, Royal Mail or our delivery company will not be able leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
